Who we are
moshun grafix ("moshun grafix", "we", "us") is a prompt-to-motion-graphics service operated from Virginia, USA. You can reach us any time at contact@moshungrafix.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form:

your email address (required)

your name, if you add it

the plan you're interested in and what you plan to make

your first brief, if you write one
We also record when you signed up and which button you used to open the form, so we know which parts of the site are working.
When you use the site, the brief you type into the demo box stays in your browser and is not sent to us unless you submit it with the waitlist form. We save your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
When the service launches, we'll also process what you give us to make your videos: your briefs, logos, photos, brand colors and fonts, plus account and billing details. Payments will be handled by a payment processor; we won't store your full card number. We'll update this policy before that starts.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for others' advertising.
Who helps us run the service
We use a small number of providers, who process data only on our behalf:

Google Workspace stores waitlist signups and our email

Our website host serves the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type

Font and script providers (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs) load the site's fonts and animation libraries, which means your browser connects to them

AI and rendering providers, once the service launches, process your briefs and assets to create your videos. We don't let them use your content to train their models where we can control that.
Emails
We'll send you an invite when your spot is ready and occasional launch news. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the service launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner. Customer data is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you close it, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or billing reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@moshungrafix.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit who can access your data, and send everything over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
Children
moshun grafix is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll email people on our list.
