Agreement
These terms apply to moshungrafix.com and the moshun grafix service ("the service"), operated from Virginia, USA. By using the site, joining the waitlist or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you're using moshun grafix for a company or school, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Early access
moshun grafix is opening in waves. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access by a certain date. Features, plans and prices shown on the site may change before launch. Any early-access pricing will be confirmed in writing in your invite.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe. Teams plans let you add seats; you're responsible for what your team members do.
Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Monthly video minutes reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over unless your plan says so.

Prices exclude any applicable taxes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your plan.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a render, contact us and we'll make it right.
Your content
"Your content" means the briefs, logos, images, fonts and other material you give us. You keep all rights to it. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to create your videos and run the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including logos and photos.
Videos you make
Subject to these terms and your payment, you own the videos you export.

Paid plans include a commercial license: use your videos in ads, on websites and social media, in classrooms and on in-store screens.

Free plan exports are watermarked and for personal or evaluation use only.

Stock elements, music or fonts provided by the service stay licensed, not sold: you can use them as part of your exported videos but not on their own.
AI-generated output
Videos are created with AI and automated tools. Output can contain mistakes, and similar briefs can produce similar results for different customers. Review every video before you publish it, especially prices, claims, dates and legal or medical information. You're responsible for how you use your videos and for making sure your ads follow the law and platform rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use moshun grafix to:

infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights, including using a brand or logo you don't have permission to use

impersonate a person or organization, or make deceptive, defamatory or fraudulent content

create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content, or anything illegal

break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our permission
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our service
moshun grafix, including the site, software, engines, templates and brand, belongs to us. We may improve, change or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, moshun grafix won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, continue after your account ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll notify you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
